Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EURegCheck ("the Service"), operated by Dab Tech Solutions SL("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

EURegCheck is an AI-powered tool that helps businesses identify which European Union regulations may apply to them and assess their compliance posture. The Service includes:

• URL analysis — submit a business URL to receive an AI-generated summary of potentially applicable EU regulations
• Gap analysis — select regulations and complete a structured self-assessment worksheet to evaluate your compliance readiness
• Contact form — communicate with us regarding compliance questions or our services

The Service does not require traditional account registration. Access to gap analysis worksheets is provided through secure, time-limited links ("magic links") sent to your work email address.

• Work email required. Gap analysis registration requires a valid work email address. Personal email providers (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) are not accepted.
• Link expiry. Gap analysis access links expire 7 days after creation. After expiry, your data remains stored but is no longer accessible via the link.
• One link per analysis. Each gap analysis generates a unique access token. You are responsible for keeping your link confidential.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit URLs or content that you do not have the right to analyse
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, including Cloudflare Turnstile captcha verification
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' data, or our systems
• Use the Service to generate output for resale or redistribution as a competing product

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and web search to generate analysis results. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice
• Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated — AI models can produce errors, hallucinations, or miss relevant regulations
• You must independently verify all results with qualified legal or compliance professionals before making business decisions
• We make no representation or warranty that the regulations identified are exhaustive or that the gap analysis assessments are sufficient for regulatory compliance
• The Service does not replace professional legal counsel, compliance audits, or official regulatory guidance
• Your reliance on any AI-generated output is entirely at your own risk

• Our content. The Service, its design, code, branding, and documentation are owned by Dab Tech Solutions SL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Your content. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service (URLs, assessment responses, contact messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• AI output. AI-generated analysis results are provided for your use but carry no ownership guarantee. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output delivered to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• In no event shall Dab Tech Solutions SL, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dab Tech Solutions SL and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit to the Service

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
