Gap analysis registration

When you start a gap analysis, we collect your first name, last name, company name, and work email address. Personal email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) are not accepted.

Contact form

When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and your message content.

URL analysis

When you submit a business URL for analysis, we send only the URL to our AI provider. No personal data is included in this request.

Automatically collected data

We automatically collect your IP address in server logs for security and abuse prevention. We also process Cloudflare Turnstile tokens to verify that you are a human user.

Your personal data is stored in the European Union (Neon, EU region). Some third-party services (Anthropic, Cloudflare, Resend) may process data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

• Gap analysis access links — expire after 7 days
• Analysis cache — automatically cleared after 7 days
• Lead data (name, email, company, assessments) — retained until you request deletion
• Audit logs — transient; written to server output and not persisted long-term
• Contact form messages — delivered via email and not stored in our database

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to perform its bot prevention function. These cookies are not used for tracking or marketing purposes.

EURegCheck is a business-oriented service and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
